Annabel Green is the Senior Chair of ICoTA Europe
For twenty-five years, Annabel has worked in positions of responsibility, most recently as Chief Executive of Well-Sense: defining strategy; driving performance; and meeting business objectives. She is passionate about innovation, collaboration and the challenges of successfully implementing new technologies. Through a combination of market knowledge, technical acumen and management skills, she has strived to deliver downhole solutions to the oil and gas industry built on firm value case development and ensured commercial success through marketing, business development and continuous improvement programs. A multi-discipline approach to delivering solutions to a global market has provided a broad grounding in oil and gas technology, and insight into the factors influencing business success.
"I’m honoured to take on this role and contribute to the success of ICOTA. While we're seeing significant changes across the industry, ICoTA aims to remain dynamic and relevant to lead the way in well intervention innovation."
Focus on Diversity and Inclusion
“Last year we introduced new initiatives including the free-to-attend technical sessions, a successful satellite event in Norwich, and Future of Energy Excellence Award to celebrate the achievement of our Young Professionals who now make up a third of our membership.
We will be continuing these initiatives and this year we will also be celebrating the diversity of our membership with our first DE&I event to explore how diversity and inclusion fuel innovation.
As an organization, ICoTA Europe is committed to DE&I and encourages the different perspectives that diverse teams bring to promote creativity and innovation in the well intervention industry."
